A short description of the idea and what problem it solves or opportunity it creates.

Target Audience

Which grades, classrooms, or student groups will benefit most.

Estimated Cost & Timing

A realistic price tag and target date/season for implementation

Implementation Plan

Who will run or manage the project once approved (e.g., submitter, school staff, PTO committee)

School & District Alignment

Does the idea require principal approval, district facility review, or IT compatibility (e.g., software or hardware)?

Ongoing Costs

Will the project require recurring maintenance, replacement parts, or annual renewal fees?

Equity & Accessibility

Is the idea accessible to all students regardless of ability or financial background?

Safety & Storage

Does the project meet safety standards and have a designated space to store materials?

Thank you for your submission! The PTO board plans to review these submissions monthly and then discuss with the school principal before making any final decisions. If this idea does not fit into this year's budget but the idea is approved, it may be recommended for next year's budget.
