NVPTO is excited to offer t-shirts for all students for the Fun Run coming up on Thurs, Oct 9th!
Please enter the t-shirt size for each student. T-shirts will be passed out in October for the run.
Please note - sizes entered after Friday, September 12 are not guaranteed - we should be able to accommodate and will do our best.
If you have more than one student at Northview, please complete additional forms as necessary.
